Getting unauthorised error - 401

I have generated the valid token using the api - https://dev.ndhm.gov.in/gateway/v0.5/sessions.
I am using that token to generate the otp using mobile for registration but getting the authorisation error(401) as you can see in attached screenshot.
My doubts are-

  1. I am providing the my client-id(SBX_***) at the place of X-HIP-ID, am I right?
  2. Will I have to update the health-repository url before calling these APIs? If updating the url is not mandatory then please help to to sort out this authorisation issue.

Till now I have done only one step which is received the authorisation token by using client-id and client-secret.

i am not from NDHM, but your X-HIP-ID is not your client id. It is the id you created when you enable HIP/HIU role for your client id.
